"Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1)

Today I heard a song, a song from the group "Casting Crowns". There was a line in the song that said "stop asking Oprah...what if God's people were to pray!" I liked that, so, I just kept starting the song over after that lyric...and singing it over and over! What if God's people were to pray? EVERYONE one of us! That would be so cool! Prayer is VERY powerful, and even more powerful by multiples of builders! :) I couldn't imagine my life without Our Lord! I am so thankful that I am comfortable in feeling that my stance is on the rock of God! :) In the verse of Psalm 127:1 "house" not only refers to a house with four walls, and etc....it refers to life. Our bodies, minds, spirits, and affairs of daily living. It's so real...without the Lord in our houses, we are very vain.
*Casting Crowns by the way is the Christian group that I am going to see in concert on Saturday night April 8th with my sister in law Paula, and neice Melisa! I am very excited, and can't wait to experience the music in live of this group!
Today I am thankful for the following:
1. first and foremost that my day is almost over.
2. The sunshine! It was beautiful this morning.
3. I am thankful for some time at walmart this evening without any distractions from a three year old! I think I looked through every department there.
4. Having a vanilla Latte at Starbucks tonight! I drank every last drop, and it was YUMMY!
5. That Gizmo is getting groomed tommorrow
6. I am thankful for the Dora video I bought for Natalie...she's gonna love it. Now I can't decided if I want to wait for Easter basket with it, or for "b/c I missed you at walmart lastnight". haah!
7. I am thankful for the pictures that I made of Natalie yesterday...she's so fun to take pictures of !
8. I love the comments I got from Mom and Tina today....I just love getting comments!
9. I am thankful that I got some stuff done downstairs tonight.

10. Maegan's fifth birthday was today! Happy Birthday baby girl! I love you so much, come see us sometimes!
11. Okay...very personal...but I can't leave it off, b/c I am SOOOOOOOOOOO glad that it will be done, and CAN"T wait for it to get done either. I have a pest control guy coming to my house tommorrow, and I seem to be PARANOID until he gets here. Please keep me and my sanity in your prayers during the day...especially at 3:30 p.m. 4/4/2006.
