Two weeks ago! I brought Andrew's kids to my house for an all day long play date. Much fun was had, and the kids so enjoyed each other's company! I definitately learn alot them all when they are all together! Bradley is very dominate! Natalie and Tristyn are close to being BFF's! Jake, he just soaks it all in, and goes with the flow these days ! They are very precious , all four of them!
After Andrew got done doing his 1st Aid and CPR seminar, he came up to my house too, and we grilled out, and had a great evening together! He's been itching for a while now to teach one of the kids Firearm safety. He asked me while Nathan was outside did I think Natalie was old enough for the learning! lol! I told him really quick, ASK NATHAN! I don't like guns in my house, and I couldn't use one, unless it was loaded and ready to go, and I wouldn't know if it was! At first Nathan said no, then he thought about it, and thought that Natalie's not ever exposed to guns/ firearms, and it might be a good thing for her to know that they are heavy, NOT toys, and must be used with extreme caution. So, he let Andrew take her out to the back yard. I interrupted for a few minutes, to take a picture.

Here's working with Andrew on the 'long gun'. I don't know what a guns name is. I just know there's a safety button to push in!
Here's she learning the operation and proper positioning for a hand gun. She learned alot. I'm glad we gave her the opportunity. Andrew was MOST proud. lol!

Natalie lost another tooth this weekend. She and Mom went to my Grandmothers house, up in KY, and they spent some time with our Aunt Gleema, who's got alzheimers. Aunt Gleema LOVED Natalie's presence! Mom said it was like watching two little kids there together. Natalie pulled her own tooth there too. She just wiggled it out. What a trick! So, the toothfairy was here last night, and do you know this was the 7th trip from the Tooth fairy, and no one has ONCE seen her! Natalie intently really does imagine her to look like Tinkerbell! I think I have to agree! :)

Bradley is in Day care three days a week now. We call it play care. He loves to play there. They have a lot of play equipment, and he loves that. I am not as impressed as I thought I would be with this. I was hopeing he'd be exposed to crayons, and paints, and art time. He's not brought any of that home, and nor do I get a daily report when we pick him up. But, I think they have an in house preschool for the 3 and 4 year olds, so maybe in Feb.? He stays with either my Mom or Nathans Mom the other two days while I work. Which he's come to LOVE that! I'm loveing it that he doesn't cry for us to leave him with our parents now. Now if we could just get over the whole crying when I leave the day care! He's a boy after my own heart, and I just love him to pieces!

I've just finished up with a volunteer fair this morning at work. It went over really well. There were several agencies there to recruit needed volunteers. It was truely a wonderful opportunity!
I'm having a great day! Are you?
