Please, keep my friend Marcie and Jason in your prayers today as they are in the process of delivering their new baby boy "Kevin Blake" today! :) He's not here yet....but we are counting down! :) I think I have prayed all day! please join me!

update: Kevin Blake was born after much effort, and finally a c-section at 4:34 p.m., weighing a wopping 9lbs. 2oz., and 20" long! Way to go Marcie! We are proud of you and Blake and Jason here in the Allen house hold {speaking for Tina and my Mom, they are too!:) } Can't wait to see you both tommorrow!
Today I am thankful for:
1. Marcie making it through the delivery of her son very well!
2. Blake being here and quite darn healthy! :)
3. I am thankful for Nathan getting our yard mowed! It looks so nice and cared for now. :)
4. for the use of Nathans' uncle Ira's trailor. without it, we would have had a hard time getting the new mower from point A to B.
5. For getting the old mower sold in just a few days. Nathan set it out in the front yard, with hopes that someone would atleast look at it, and hopefully buy it. It didn't even set out a week, and someones' already made an offer on it!
6. going over to Tina's tonight to make "candy bar wrappers" for Kevin Blake. Tina made them and printed them out on her computer, and I helped her stick them on! Just brilliant Tina....bravo to you! :)
7. Getting to work early today....with other plans in mind that I didn't quite allow myself time for, the day is still going to be good in the end! :)
8. For talking to my precious Mom over the phone tonight! I just love talking to her!
9. I am thankful for my Mom taking care of my Dad during his knee replacement recovery! She's sure been a trooper.
10. Too, I am thankful that Dad's knee is healing well. He's getting good reports from the Doctors!

{me either....I haven't been yet. :( I worked 10 hours today, and now I am at mom and dad's so that I could get them their easter gift from us....without it ruining before they got it. } I feel horrible that I haven't been able to see him....he's over 24 hours old by now. :(
