Promised pictures of Crista and Natalie. Crista is my older brother's little girl. (for those of you who don't know.) We don't hardley ever get to see her b/c she is so far away (a good 12 hour drive from us here). We spent Memorial Weekend with her and Steven, and really had a great time!

I will share a few more pictures of Natalie and Crista as the week goes by.
On another note, I want to share that today when we went to church, it was very different. I knew something was wrong when we walked in, the presence of everyone was just not right. Thursday evening one of our church members took his own life, very very sadly. It is very sad. In my bible there's a discussion on this. It reads as " One thing that's certain about life is that it's uncertain. We aren't pomised a tommorrow. That's why it's crucial that we spend our time investing in what really matters today (see Ephesians 5:15-16). I told another church member today, something that really makes me sad to think about, but it's true; You never know when the last time you see someone, will be the last time you see them. Weather death be to suicide, cancer, heart condition, or other such controlled illness' , you just don't know.
I have read alot in my bible today on "suicide" and have learned an extreme amount, so much that I think I am still confused on the whole concept of "why". But I do know that we, as God's people, can not ask why. We are all God's children. God knows the big picture, before and after it happens. It is not our responsiblity to question His empowerment, or job for us here on Earth. I do know we MUST live our life in Faith of Him, without doubt. Sometimes for even the most outgoing Christian people, who you think have it all together, it's hard to totally let go and let God.
Today I am thankful for:
1. Being able to go to church with my Husband and daughter today!
2. For every person in my life that I have been given the privilage to know, and love.
3. For Nathan spending a few hours with me and Natalie this afternoon after church. After work from 11:00p. to 9:00a he still went to church, out for lunch and then to a store really quick for Natalie. (he's been asleep since, since he's going back into work at 3:00a.)
4. For Natalie finally getting a pair of crocks. She told us today, before we finally found a pair in her size, "all other girls at school have crocks, but me" She was so gloomy looking. We honestly have been looking for some for her, just hard to in her little foot size. She wore them ALL DAY, until she crawled in her little bed tonight! Bless her little heart!
5. Walking with Tina tonight!
6. Again, for the pictures Mom gave to me of Crista and Natalie.
7. The nice weather we've had this weekend. No rain for a change! (however, we need rain!)
8. My cousin Sarah! :) She's decided that I should just can her up a few of those pretty little lightning bugs, and she'll can us up some fruit from California! haha ! Smart thinking Sarah! [are you sure you weren't a Girl Scout!]
9. Talking to my parents today!
10. Nathan getting a new pair of shoes today, he needed some new tenny shoes.
11. Getting some apples cut up for Nikki tonight! She enhaled them....she loves apples ...(she's a collie, not a horse!)
Natalie loves her cousin Crista. They had so much fun together!
