I'm gonna tell ya....I have been exercising , and DAILY. It's SUCKS...(it's rough). I didn't think I was SO sedentary. WOW!
My advice: exercise daily!!
Why:? Because doing so will totally block the urge to eat, will help you fight hunger pains, and over all it's the healthy thing to do!
REALLY WHY? Well, because in doing so I have really thought twice about what I eat. My thought process: "If I eat this, I'm just going to have to exercise it off!, & I didn't realize I was SO out of shape! "
